Dr Tom Little is a Fitness Specialist with over 20 years experience in professional sport. He has worked in the Premier League and has consulted for international football, rugby codes, cricket, triathletes & combat sports.

Mark Hearris is registered Sport & Exercise Nutritionist (SENr) and is currently undertaking a PhD in Sports Nutrition. Mark currently also provides consultant nutritionist services within professional football.
Luke Hemmings currently works as a Sports Scientist for Preston North End. He has a keen interest endurance sports and is currently training for a continual Coast-to-Coast North-to-South bike ride, then East-to-West running.
Lee Rickaards is currently undertaking a PhD in Sports nutrition and works within numerous sports, including football & combat sports.
